Health Fair | March 25, 2023
Hearts of Love and Alexandria Celebrates Women are hosting our first free community Health Fair. We will have many vendors and will be providing resources and information on getting free medical care for those without medical insurance. Free Health Screenings and Preventive Services, Community Resources, and Fun Activities!
Christmas Carol Play at Little Theater - Safehouse Fundraiser (December 6)
A fundraiser by Frida Hopper, VP of Sothebys Real Estate in Alexandria, with support of both Hearts of Love and Alexandria Celebrates Women. All sales from tickets and fundraiser will be donated to the Alexandria Safehouse!
Walk to Bust Cancer by National Breast Center Foundation (October 23)
When: October 23, 2022
In partnership with the National Breast Center Foundation, Alexandria Celebrates Women, Neighborhood Health, and Nueva Vida, Hearts of Love Fund plans to assist women with breast cancer and breast issues in getting free medical care and transportation to and from appointments/treatments. We hope to launch this program October 2022. Learn more about the plans here.
To kick off the program, Hearts of Love will be gathering at the Walk to Bust Cancer Event at Fort Hunt Park in support of the National Breast Center Foundation.
